Personal Growth

Change is inevitable.  Growth is optional. (Walt Disney)

Grow / Growth – The act or process of development. Development from a simpler to a more complex stage.

What Is The Quote Suggesting?

To me, this quote suggests two points.

Point #1

“Stuff” is always going to be happening.

Things will go up; things will go down.

Things will go left; things will go right.

Good things will happen; bad things will happen.

Point #1 is that, OVER TIME, things are probably not going to stay the same. They will change.

Point #2

People can either just live with the changes (i.e. —roll with the punches), or decide to take advantage of these changes and grow while they’re happening. Some people are afraid of change. Some people are not.

Point #2 is that, if you want to be successful, you have to decide that, over time, you want to grow. You do NOT want to remain stagnate. You want things to get better, not just stay the same.

The Ultimate Question

Do you want to grow as a person?  Please bear in mind I don’t mean to ask if you want your waistline to grow.

I’m asking do you want to grow where it counts – on the inside.

What Do I Mean By Growth?

Growth is becoming more than you were before.

Growth is becoming better than you were before.

Achieving LASTING Weight Loss Is A TREMENDOUS Act Of Personal Growth

You can either grow or you can remain where you’re at.

You can either decide to work toward achieving LASTING weight loss or doing nothing and living with the consequences.

It’s up to you.

Until next time, may you find your path by walking it . . .

About The Author

Stanley F. Bronstein

Attorney, CPA and Author

President and Member Board of Directors

As his 50th birthday grew nearer, Stanley decided enough was enough. He was tired of living a life of obesity.

Since February 2009, Stanley has dropped from a weight of 320 pounds to the mid-190s.  He has gone from a life of inactivity to walking a half-marathon daily and full marathons on many weekends.

His latest book in what he calls his “iWarriorWalk Pathfinder Series” is designed to help people ask (and answer) key questions about themselves.  Stanley believes that the only way We The People of the United States are going to solve our problems (especially the growing problem of obesity) is by asking the right questions and by coming up with appropriate answers.

Through Foundation EON, he hopes to help you (and America) do just that.
