The Power Of Weight Loss
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn’t serve the world. There’s nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We are born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us, it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others. (Marianne Williamson)
Powerful – Forceful, strong. Capability of exerting great force or effort to overcome strong resistance. Uncommon or overwhelming strength. Having great influence. Influential, convincing, forcible, cogent, effective.
That’s A Heavy Duty Quote!
It sure is, but that’s why I picked it. Never in my life have I heard a more inspiring; more truthful quote. I think Marianne Williamson said it all and did it all when she wrote that quote. It is beautiful, beyond measure.
This quote is all about limited beliefs and the POWER WE CAN ACHIEVE IF WE GET RID OF THEM!
After all, it suggests that are greatest fears are not that we are inadequate, but that we are powerful beyond measure.
Each and every one of us has the power within us to be great.
To be awesome.
To be magnificent.
To be fabulous.
All we have to do is believe it.
This is why I know you can and WILL achieve LASTING weight loss.
It’s because I believe in the power within you to be great !
It’s because I believe in your self; your abilities; your talents and your ideas.
Lastly, the quote suggests that once you learn to open up and liberate yourself, you are providing an example to others around you.
Once you have empowered yourself to achieve, you are automatically authorizing others around you to do exactly the same thing.
Power And Positivity
Peace Pilgrim wrote: If you realized how powerful your thoughts are; you would never think a negative thought.
That is so true. Our thoughts create who we are.
Our thoughts create our reality.
If we think negative thoughts, we will create a negative reality.
If we think positive thoughts, we will create a positive reality.
So I ask, what are you thinking right now?
Are you thinking something positive?
Some Say Power Is A Bad Thing. Is It?
Personally, I do NOT believe power, in and of itself is EVER a bad thing.
It’s is the improper use of power that can be a bad thing.
Power is merely the ability to get something done. To accomplish something. To achieve something.
What determines whether power is good or bad depends on what you chose to do with that power.
What are you going to chose to get done?
What are you choosing to accomplish?
What are you choosing to achieve?
My job is to help you find the power within you.
Your job is to figure out what to do with that power and to use it wisely.
Until next time, may you find your path by walking it . . .

As his 50th birthday grew nearer, Stanley decided enough was enough. He was tired of living a life of obesity.
Since February 2009, Stanley has dropped from a weight of 320 pounds to the mid-190s. He has gone from a life of inactivity to walking a half-marathon daily and full marathons on many weekends.
His latest book in what he calls his “iWarriorWalk Pathfinder Series” is designed to help people ask (and answer) key questions about themselves. Stanley believes that the only way We The People of the United States are going to solve our problems (especially the growing problem of obesity) is by asking the right questions and by coming up with appropriate answers.
Through Foundation EON, he hopes to help you (and America) do just that.
