When Should You Walk

STARTING A WALKING PROGRAM – The best time to start a walking program is when you are ready. After all, there is never a wrong time to do the right thing.  Bearing that in mind, might I suggest NOW would be an ideal time to start ?

As with all forms of exercise, we strongly recommend that you discuss your plans with your doctor, BEFORE you take any action.

TIME TO WALK– That’s the beauty of walking.  Because not much equipment is needed (mainly your shoes and yourself), you can walk pretty much any time that is convenient for you.
